Good to know

Before your stay

Where can I find prices and cancellation terms?

Open your chosen Airbnb listing and enter your dates and guest count. Review the total, house rules and cancellation policy shown for that reservation before confirming. Manage changes or cancellations through Airbnb.

Are the pools private?

The Valle properties share the estate pool and hot tub. Cabo’s pool and patio are exclusively for the downstairs stay. Dakota advertises a heated shared pool; ask about operating hours, heating and maintenance for your travel dates.

Can I bring children or pets?

Dakota does not allow pets. For the other stays, confirm pet policies directly with the host. Ask about child suitability and pool safety for your group before booking; respect each listing’s maximum guest count.

What about accessibility?

Ximena lists a single-level interior, but that does not establish a step-free arrival route. Contact us about entrances, parking access, door widths and bathroom arrangements so we can help assess your needs.

Can our group reserve several Valle stays?

Yes, you can check each property’s availability separately. Contact us to discuss your group, then complete each reservation on Airbnb. Availability is not held by an inquiry.
